As an accomplished marketing leader and transformation consultant, Nathan’s professional career has evolved from being a game-changer to a broad category of global brands and technology startups, to becoming a CX/PX advocate and solution expert in the compassionate but heavily regulated world of healthcare.

Nathan’s experience in healthcare ranges from health systems to medical groups, to specialists and aligned networks. His background in advocating for patient engagement and value in every touch point includes a unique understanding of healthcare providers and successfully leading strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

As CEO of the HealthX Group, Nathan collaborates with our patient experience partners with a mission to transform healthcare through customer and patient experience.

William Scott Cain

Founding Member

William Scott Cain is the CEO of Cain Health, a technology and healthcare firm specializing in telehealth and revenue cycle management. His passion is providing strategic, financial and operational consultation to institutional and professional healthcare providers throughout the country.

Rosaria Cain

Founding Member

Her passion for branding and marketing has attracted and retained clients throughout her 22 years in the advertising business where she has founded and run and ad agency with branding, strategy, content and digital. Her team of professionals, all who work inhouse torward a common mission, are the best in the business. She works with the team daily to create results and analytics for accounts in the healthcare industry. These include: Cain Health, Sante’ Health, Alante’, Aleca and Encore Communities.

Previous experience

Through the years, she has worked in cause marketing and client development for FOX 10, The Arizona Republic and K-Lite Radio. She has also worked as a newswriter and photographer for the Pagosa Springs Sun and a Media Director and Public Relations Director for Image Quest.

Involvement in Causes

Rosaria Cain is currently President of National Association of Women Business Owners/ Metro Phoenix, a national non-profit that serves as the voice of women business owners. She has also serves NAWBO Phoenix as a co-chair in the mentoring program and a content writer. In addition, her team re-branded and re-positioned NAWBO Phoenix with a new logo, brand identity, website and market position.
